Payment, Monogramming, & Returns

PAYMENT:
We use a safe & secure payment system that will enable you to use Discover, Master Card, Visa, or American Express.

MONOGRAMMING:
We ask for all monogramming initials to be given in monogram order (first, LAST, middle)... they way you wish to see it on your product.  Initial placement will be engraved and/or monogrammed as shown on your order.  If you make an error, it’s yours, if we make an error, we will replace your item.  Again, feel free to email us if you have any questions and we will be sure to email you if we have any questions.

RETURN POLICY:
Since your product is custom made by you, for you, Make it Personal does not accept returns.    We make all items according to the order.  If you make the error, it’s your item to keep.  However, any mistake made by Make it Personal will be redone and shipped at no additional charge.  Refunds are not given on personalized products.  Once your order is placed and payment has been received, your order may not be cancelled and a refund will not be issued.

If your item arrives and has been damaged, please contact us within 3 business days from the date of delivery so we may help you.  All damaged items must be returned in the original packaging.
