All of our products are shipped UPS ground or Fed Ex ground. Rates apply to orders sent to the continental US only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees.
All of our items are shipped directly from our vendors. You may receive your purchases in separate boxes at different times. Since we offer a large selection of custom made gifts, some of these gifts can take 4 weeks to ship to you. During peak selling periods, shipping times may take a little longer so please make sure to order early. If you need an item to be rushed, be sure to email us first and we will do our best to accommodate your request. As always, if you have any question, email us.
We CANNOT accept any changes to orders once they are placed so double check your order. Any mistake made by Make it Personal will be redone and shipped at no additional charge.
